Ingredients

Chicken breast
Chicken legs
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
Salt to taste
Thinly sliced onions - 3 medium size
Tomatoes, chopped - 5 medium size
Green chilies - 5 medium size
White cumin - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Ground spices - 1 teaspoon
Red chili flakes - 8 to 10
Fresh coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
Pomegranate seeds - 1 tablespoon
Yellow food color - 1 pinch
Milk - 1 glass
Kewra essence - a few drops
Cooking oil - 1 glass.

Composition

Combine sliced onions in a pan and fry until golden brown. Then add lentils and cook for five minutes, stirring constantly. Add turmeric, then cook until tender. Add chicken and green chili, then cook until chicken is fully cooked. Finally, add coriander, mint, and salt to taste, then cook for three more minutes. Serve hot with rice.

(2) 2 cups of lentils

(5) 1 inch of ginger
(6) 3 medium sized onions
(7) 3 medium sized tomatoes
(8) 3 medium sized potatoes
(9) 1 cup of oil
(10) 1 tsp of dried coriander leaves
(11) 1 tsp of dried coriander seeds
(12) 1 tsp of hot spices mixture
(13) 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
(14) 3 to 4 dried red chilies
(15) 1 tsp of cumin powder
(16) 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds
(17) 1/2 tsp of coriander seeds
(18) Few green chili peppers
(19) 1 tbsp of yellow color
(20) Cooking oil as required.

To make a recipe:
